Act not apply to workmen employed in certain industrial establishment.-Nothing contained in this Act ·shall apply to workmen employed in an industrial estab- lishment engaged in the construction of buildings, bridges, roads, canals, dflms or other construction works whether structural, mechankal or electrical.
