In the principal Act, in section 23, in sub-section of section 23. (3), - (i) in the second line, in betw een the words "loan" and "under", the words and sign "and/or after mobilizing resources from the market" shall be inserte d; (ii) in the third line, for the words "fifty crores", the words "five hundred crores" shall be substituted.
