Act not apply to workmen employed in certain industrial establishment.— Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to workmen employed in an industrial estab lishment engaged in the construction of buildings, bridges, roads, canals, dams or other construction works whether structural, mechanical or electrical. 3- Cognizance of Offence.— No Court inferior to that of a Judicial Magistrate of the first- class shall try any offence under this Act.
