- S. 1(i) This Act may be called the Assam Homeopathic Medicine (Amendment) Act, 1988
- S. 3The section amends the Assam Homeopathic Medicine Act to increase the penalty duration from two to three years.
- S. 4(i) The Assam Homeopathic Medicine (Amendment) Ordinance, 1988 (Ordinance No, 1 of 1988) is hereby repealed
