(1) The State Government may at its discretion place a lump sum allotm ent a t the disposal of the Board every year for distribution according to rules to the Hom eopathic dispensaries and education al institutions in Assam and other suitable purposes connected with the aims and objects of the Act. (2) The Board shall administer, subject to con ditions, any fund placed at its disposal by the State Government for specific purposes.
