(1) A person shall not be qualified for being nominated or continuing as Chairman or a Member of the Advisory Committee, if – (a) he is not a citizen of India; or, (b) he has been and is convicted for an offence involving moral turpitude; or, (c) he is of unsound mind; (d) he is undischarged insolvent; (e) involves in corrupt practices.
