(1) The Chairman and the Members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a term of three years from the date specified in the notification in constituting the Advisory Committees under section 5. (2) The Advisory Committees shall hold their meetings in the concerned head quarter of the district or such other place or places as may be determined by the Chairman from time to time. (3) The procedure and conduct of business of the Advisory Committee Meeting including quorum shall be such as may be prescribed. 5 Dissolution of the Advisory Committee.
