(1) The Government may, by notification, constitute an authority to be called the State Health Authority. The Health Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and conunou seal and may sue and be sued. The Health Authority shall consist of seven mem hers including the Chairman and shall be constituted in the following manner : -
