The supply of water for domestic purposes under this Act shall not be deemed to include any supply for commercial or industrial purpose and in particular any supply,- v (a) for any trade, manufacture or business; (b) for gardens or for purposes of irrigation; (c) for building purposes; (d) for fountains, swimming baths, public baths or tanks or for any ornamental or mechanical purposes; (e) for animals, where they are kept for sale or hire or for the sale of their produce or any preparation there from; THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, FEBRUARY 28, 2009_______ 407 (f) for the consumption and use by the inmates, in hotels, commercial boarding houses and clubs; (g) for the consumption and use by the persons resorting to theaters and cinemas; (h) for construction or for watering streets; or (i) for washing vehicles where they are kept for sale or hire but shall be deemed to include a supply for flushing latrines and drains and for all baths other than swimming baths or public baths.
