No person shall, except with the permission duly obtained from the Board or the Managing Director or any officer authorized by him in this behalf, enter on land vested in the Board or on any premises connected with the water supply. Prohibition of building over water mains 35, (1) Without the permission of the Board, no building, wall or other structure shall be newly erected and no street shall be laid over any water main belonging to the Board. (2) If any building, wall or other structure be so erected or any street be so laid, any other officer authorised by the Board in this behalf may cause the same to be removed or otherwise dealt with as he deems fit and the expenses thereby incurred shall be paid by the persons contravening the provisions of this Act.
