(1) In February of each year, the Board shall submit to the Government the estimated capital and revenue receipts and expenditure, proposed revision of tariff, if any, for the ensuing year. (2) The said statement shall include a statement of the salaries and allowances of Directors, officers and employees of the Board and such other items of expenditure and particulars as may be prescribed by Regulations. (3) The Board may, at any time during the year in respect of which a statement under subsection (1) has been submitted, submit to the Government a supplementary statement and all the provisions of this section shall apply to such statement as they apply to the statement under the said sub-section.
