(1) The Authority shall carry out such Government, directions as may be issued from time to time by the State Government for the efficient adminis tration of this Act. (2) If in, or in connection with, the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions by the Authority, any dispute arises between the Autho rity, the local Authority and the State Govern ment, the decision of the State Government on such dispute shall be final.
