(1) For the purpose of making or execution of any Scheme, any officer of the Authority authorised in this behalf O’ Persons appointed by the State Government, their subordinates may enter into or upon any land or building with or without assistance or work men for the purpose of - (a) making any enquiry, inspection, measure ment or survey or taking levels of such land or building ; J THZ ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRA-ORDINARY, NOV. 14, 1987953 (3) Any person who obstructs the entry of a person empowered or authorised under this Sec tion to enter into or upon any land or building or molests such person after such entry shall, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or. with both.
