Any money due to the Authority on moneysy due account of fees or charges, of from the disposal to Authority, of lands, buildings or other properties, moveable or immoveable, or by way of rents and profits may, if the recovery thereof is not1 expressly provided for in any other provision of this Act, be reco vered by the Authority as arrears of land revenue.
