(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be don'- in 1mrsuance of this Act or rules or building bye-laws framed under this Act or order made thereunder. (2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, rules or building bye-laws framed under this Act or any order made thereunder.
