(lj Every Gram Sabha shall have its own Fund to be called Gram Nidhi and may accept grants, donations, bequests, gifts or loans from the Central or the State Government or any local authority or any person for all or any of the purposes of this Act. (2) All sums and moneys received by the Gram Sabha, including the profits of any cultivation or any enterprise undertaken by it and the rent, fee or oth er charges levied on persons to whom lands are allotted under this Act shall be credited into the Gram Nidhi, 12 Application
