Ordinance, W72 is hereby repealed. dinancclof (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance as repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act has commenced on the twelfth day of January, 1972 (date of -promulgation of the Ordinance).
