(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed Chancellor, by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Court. The Court shall submit a panel of names of three persons to the Chancellor who shall appoint one of them as Vice-Chancellor. The Chancellor shall preside over that meeting of the Court which will nominate the panel of names for the office of the Vice- Chancellor.
