(1) Application for enrolment in the Register of Register­ ed Graduates shall be made in the applicant’s own hand-writing to the Registrar in the form prescribed for the purpose by Regulations. (2) No graduate shall be entitled tohave his name enrolled, and retained in the Register of Registered Graduates except on the payment of the following fees, namely :— («) an initial fees of rupees fifteen, and (b) an annual fee of rupees ten for ten years or a compounded fee of rupees seventy-five. (3) On the Registrar being satisfied that the application is in order, and after receipt of the prescribed fees, he shall cause the name of the applicant to be enrolled in the register. (4) The annual fee shall be payable in advance by the last day of April every year. If any registered graduate fails to pay the fee by that date, the Registrar shall cause his name to be removed from the register. {5) A registered graduate whose name has been so removed may by payment of all arrears to the University, have his name re-enrolled jn the Register of Registered Graduates. 19 The Chan-
