(1) The qualifications of recognised teachers of the teachers University shall be such as may be determined by the Ordinances, 18 University teachers. (2) All applications for the recognition of teachers of the Univer sity shall be made in such manner as may be laid down by the' Regulations made by the Executive Council in that behalf. (3) The period of recognition of a teacher of the University as Professor, Reader or Lecturer shall be determined by the Ordinances made in that behalf. (4) A person in the service of a College, recognised as a teacher of the University other than as a Professor, Reader or Lecturer, shalL, continue to be recognised so long as he is in the service of the College. (5) The Executive Council may, on a reference from the Vice- Chancellor, withdraw recognition from a teacher : Provided that the teacher of the College concerned may, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order of withdrawal, appeal against the order to the Chancellor whose decision shall be final.
