In the principal Act, in section 15,- (i) for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(1) The Corporation shall at its first meeting elect,- (a) one of its Councillors to be the Mayor: and ? (b) one of its Councillors other than‘the Mayor to be the Deputy Mayor.” ’ ' . (ii) in sub-section (2), in the first line, for the word “first”, the word “second” shall be substituted.
