In the principal Act, in section 17, after sub-section (2), a new sub section (3) shall be inserted, namely :- “(3) The Mayor shall, for convenient transaction of the business of the Corporation, allocates among the members of the Mayor-in-Council, such business and in such a manner as he thinks fit.”
