In the principal Act, in section 4, in sub-section (2), for clauses (a) and (b), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely “(a) Corporation ; (b) Mayor; (c) Mayor -in-Council; (d) Commissioner.” Substitution of words “ Standing Committee and Standing Finance Committee.”
