In the principal Act, in section 80, - (i) in sub-section (1), for the words “ Mayor” and “Deputy Mayor” the words “ Presiding Officer” and “Deputy Presiding Officer” respectively shall be substituted ; (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words “Mayor” and “Deputy Mayor”, the words “ Presiding Officer” and “Deputy Presiding Officer” respectively shall be substituted.
