In the principal Act, in Section 104, - Section 104. (i) in clause (a) for the w ords “one thousand”, appearing in between the word “exceeding” and “rupees”, the words “ten thousand” shall be substituted ; 864 THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MAY,3> 2003 (ii) in clause (b), in the 6th line, for the words “five thousand”, appearing in between the words “exceeds” and “rupees”, the words “thirty thousand” shall be substituted ; (iii) in clause (b), in the last line, for the words “three thousand”, appearing in between the words “exceeds” and “rupees”, the words “twenty thousand” shall be substituted.
