(i) The Gauhati Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance, 1986 (Assam THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, S ET. 1; 1986 473 (ii) Notwithstanding such repeal any order passed, notification issued, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deem ed to have been passed, issued, done or taken under the corresponding pro visions of the principal Act as amend ed by this Act.
