(5) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub sections (1), (2.!, (3j and (4) it shall not be necessary to consult the Public Service Commission and the Municipal Service Commission, where a vacancy in a post is not likely to exceed three months or if the post is created for a temporary period not likely to exceed six months. 70 (6) Appointments to posts, the maximum salary cf which is below two hundred and fifty rupees per month shall be made by the Commissioner with the approval of the Corporation subject to regulations relating to such appointment as may be framed by the Municipal Service Commission, and approved by the Corporation.
