No person shall let a building or any part be let with thereof in which he knows or has reason to tat ^'dis- know that a person has been suffering from a dangerous infect erf, disease, (a) unless the Medical Officer of Health has disinfected the same and has granted a certificate to that effect ; and (b) until a date is specified in such certificate on which the building or part may be occupied without causing risk or infection.
