(1) If it appears to the Medical Officer use for drink- of Health that the water in any well, tank or other other "do n* P^a c e ’8 likely, if used for the purpose of drinking or for any ether domestic purpose, to endanger or cause the spread of any dangerous disease, he may by public notice, prohibit the removal or use of the said water for such purpose. (2) No person shall remove or use for such pur- pose any water in respect of which any such public notice has been issued.
