(1) The Commissioner may from time to time— (a) set apart suitable places for use by the public for bathing, or for washing animals, or for washing ; (b) specify the times at which and the sex cf persons by whom such places may be used; and (c) prohibit, by public notice, the use by the public, for any of the said purposes, of any place not so set apart. (2) The Commissioner may charge such fees as the Corporation may fix for the use of any such place by any specified class or classes of persons or by the public generally. * Prohibition of pollution of water by steeping ani­ mals or other maltters, etc.
