Enh an ce d p unishm en t.—Whenever any person, having been con victed of an offence under clause («) or clause (b) or clause (c) of section 3 is again convicted of an offence under any of the aforesaid clauses, the imprisonment with which he shall be punished shall be rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to four years.
