Pro hibitio n.—No person shall— (a) Cultivate, collect or sell the Indian Hemp plant (Cannabis Sativa L) ; or (b) Collect ganja a/fcl bhang from the Indian Hemp plant (Cannabis Sativa L) ; or (c) Im po rt, transport, manufacture, sell and buy ganja ap4 bhang ; or (</) Possess or consume ganja apfcl bhang, or (r) Use or keep any implement or apparatus for the manufacture or consumption of ganja apd bhang.
