On conviction of any ,person for an offence under of t Instrud the provisions of this Act, the convicting Magistrate ~~~r~s a~f shall order all the instruments and records of betting betting and found therein to be destroyed and shall order ail and forfeiture of any of the securities for money and other article seized, money, etc. not being instruments or records of betting to be rnld and converted into money and the proceeds thereof and all money seized therein to be forfeited.
