In order to prevent commission of any offence and in order to make effective search, the officers and the other members of the Force will have the right to use minimum necessary force including use of fire arms as provided in Chapter XI and XII of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, 1973. 6 Officers and members of the Force to be considered always on duty and liable to be employed anywhere in the State of Assam.
