After sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Regula- of section tion the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- '76 of Regu- I~ti~~l VII "Provided that when, no price is ·o'ffered or the price ' 0 • offered in such auction is considered inadequate the sale by such auction s·haU be stopped and such Forest Officer shall sell the produce in such other manner as the State Government may direct in this behalf".
