Insertion of new sections and v - ■ - to section 60 sub-sections shall be inserted, namely :— of Regula- 1891 V I1 °f “ (3) A n y Forest Officer or Police Officer who vexatiously or maliciously arrests any person on the pretence that he is suspected of having been concerned in any forest offence or otherwise as provided by section 60(1) of this Regulation shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
