in Section 7, after sub-section (6), subsection following shall be inserted as sub section 6(a), n am ely:— "Without prejudice to any action under any other provisions of this . Act, the State Government of its own motion, for ends of justice and/or for exceptional circum stances to be recorded in writing, for rev iew of any orders including orders once passed by it, may call for any records relating to any final statement at any time and may pass such orders as it deems fit, after giving the person or persons con cerned an opportunity of being heard” .
