section 4 AN ACT to amend the Assam Fire Service Act,1985. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Assam Assam Act No. Fire Service Act, 1985, hereinafter referred to as the X III o f 1985 principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty- third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
