(1) If any chemist, druggist, apothecary or keeper of a dispensary or a laboratory allows any intoxicant which has not been bonafide medicated, to be consumed, on his business premises by any person not employed in his business, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
