Am en dm en t o f Sectio n 2 o f A ss am Act XI o f 1951.—In Section 2 of the principal Act, add the following new clause after clause ( / ) , namely and the subsequent clauses shall be re-numbered accordingly: — “ (g) ‘Minority Commission’ means and shall be deemed always to have meant a Commission as m ay be constituted by the State Govern ment under the Indo-Pakistan Agreement of the 8th April 1950, by notification in the Official Gazette.”
