Constitution of the Committee.—(11 The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an Evacuee Property Management Committee for Assam. (2) The Committee shall consist o f a President and three other members, (3) The President shall be an officer o f the State Government appointed in this behalf by the State Government from time to time, and the other mem bers shall be appointed by the State Government from among the members of the Minority Community. (4) The Committee shall be a body corporate by the name of the Evacuee Property Management Committee of Assam and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued. 372
