In the principal Act, in section 3,- (i) in sub-section (1), for the words “at the rate of twenty paise per unit of energy’5, the words, “at five percentum of the aggregate value of energy charges and fixed charges” shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (4), in the proviso, for the words ‘Twenty paise per unit of energy”, the words “ten percentum of the aggregate value of energy’ charges and fixed charges” shal 1 be substituted.
