The delegation of Financial power of different authorities for making expenditure under this Act shall be as under :- (a) Board of Governors Full power (b) Executive Committee Upto Rs. 1 Cr. (c) Chief Executive Officer level Upto Rs. 20 lakh. Suspension or cancellation of clearance.
