Ji) The Dibrugarh University Savi,s- (Amendment) Ordinance, 1978 (Assam Ordinance No III of 1978) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act; ’ as ainended by the said Ordi nance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act, as amended by this Act. ■ " f . . . ■ U.
