01 shall be inserted, namely :— "Provided that no Statutes relating to the management of the Degree Colle ges and Halls and the conditions of ser vices of the employees shall apply to the Government Colleges and the Govern ment Aided Colleges in respect of which the State Government shall make nece ssary rules in consultation with the University.
