The Under-Graduate Board shall consist of duate Board, following members, namely :— (1) the Vice-Chancellor, (2) the Rector, 2b (3) three persons from among the professors and the Heads of Departments of the depart ments of the University and of the constituent Colleges, elected by the Academic Council, (4) six Principals, including at least three from professional colleges, elected by the Academic Council from amongst its own mem bers, (5) three persons who may or may not be mem bers of the Academic Council, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, (6) Chairman of the Board of Secondary Educa tion, Assam, and * (7) one member of the Examination Committee to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor. powers and
