Insertion o f a new section after Section 7 o f A ssam Act XVI of 1958.—After section 7 of the principal Act, the following new section shall be inserted as section 8 and the existing sections 8 and 9 shall be re-number ed as sections 9 and 10 respectively, namely;— “ 8. M edical attendance and treatm ent.—Subject to any rules made in this behalf by the State Government, the Deputy Speaker shall be entitled free of charge to accommodation in hospitals maintained by the Govern ment and also to medical treatment”.
