Pow er to m ake rules.—(?) The State Government may, in consul tation with the Speaker, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (??’) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Assam Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after they are made.'
