Prohibition against practising any profession or drawing **' salary as M ember during the tenure o f office as Deputy Speaker.— Fhe Deputy Speaker shall not during the tenure of his office for which he draws salary and allowances— (?) practise any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration any employment other than h’s duties as Deputy Speaker; or (??) be entitled to any salary or allowance as a Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly.
