For Rule 25D of the said Rules, the foll- 25D ofRthe n w m g shall be substituted, nam ely :— "25D. All Adm°nistar-criminal cases or other proceedings instituted and ti?e °Ruiee3 Pe n chn g in any Court in Haflong town on the date “ 'o f coming into force of this Act shall stand trans ferred to the Court of the Deputy Commissioner or his Assistant, as the case may be, and the Court before which such criminal cases or pro ceedings are pending shall transfer all relevant and connected papers and records to the Deputy Commissioner, North Cachar Hills District or his Assistant, as the case may be, and thereupon the Deputy Commissioner, North Cachar Hills District or his Assistant, as the case may be, shall dispose of the criminal cases or proceedings under the Administration of Justice Rules in the North Cachar Hills District”.
